Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best possible service, but in the rare event you’re dissatisfied, please review our refund conditions. Refund eligibility is void under the following circumstances:

• You selected a discounted or promotional package.

• The initial design concept has been approved.

• You have requested revisions on the project.

• The project is marked as urgent.

• The reason for cancellation is not related to Creative Converge’s performance.

• You have been unresponsive or out of contact for more than 14 days during the project timeline.

• Any company policy or terms have been violated.

• You’ve involved another designer or agency for the same project.

• Your creative brief lacks critical information required for execution.

• You request a complete change in direction or design after delivery of initial drafts.

• Your refund claim falls outside the agreed request window.

• You are rebranding, changing your business, or closing operations.

• Reasons such as “changed my mind”, disagreement with partners, or similar non-performance-related reasons.

• If you purchase a service bundle, refunds apply only to the unsatisfactory service, not the entire package.

• No refunds are granted once final files are delivered at your request.

• Items or features offered free with a package are not eligible for refund or revision.

• Services including, but not limited to:

  • Social Media Management

  • SEO

  • Domain Registration

  • Web Hosting
    are non-refundable under all conditions.

• For web design, no refund is applicable once design is approved and development begins.

• For logo design, refunds are not accepted after you’ve approved a revision or requested final files.

• Refunds are not applicable to third-party or outsourced work handled on your behalf.

⚠️ Creative Converge reserves the right to cancel or refuse any project at its sole discretion. If a refund or dispute is processed, you forfeit the right to use the materials or designs delivered.
