ACTION REQUIRED – CARM Client Portal & Security
A CARM Portal will be MANDATORY FOR ALL COMMERCIAL IMPORTERS BY MAY 13, 2024. In addition to registering for your CCP, you will also need to delegate authority to SKS Freight & Brokerage and post a Release Prior to Payment (RPP) Surety bond or other form of financial security. Failure to register for your CARM Client Portal and delegate authority to SKS FREIGHT & BROKERAGE before May 13, 2024, may lead to costly shipment delays.
If you have already registered for your CCP, please delegate SKS FREIGHT & BROKERAGE as your customs broker (how to delegate a broker) and send us a confirmation at (imports@sksfreight-brokerage.com) so we can update our records.
You have the following options to register for your CARM Client Portal:
