By accessing or using creativeconverge.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

General Terms

Each user of creativeconverge.com is bound by the Terms of Service stated on this page. Any disagreement or breach automatically terminates all ongoing services, consultations, or usage rights with Creative Converge.

Revision Policy

Creative Converge accepts reasonable requests for revisions.

The number of complimentary revisions depends on the selected service package. Typically, 2–3 revisions are allowed if the original concept or creative direction is unchanged.

Requests for major design changes, new concepts, or additional deliverables will incur extra charges based on project scope and resources.

100% Money-Back Guarantee

Creative Converge offers a 100% Money-Back Guarantee on all design services under the following condition:

  • If you are unsatisfied with the initial design concepts for your logo or website, you may request a full refund.

Project Account Deactivation

Projects may be deactivated if:

  • The company has not been contacted for more than 10 working days (2 weeks).
  • The client becomes unresponsive to follow-ups via calls or emails.
  • No valid reason for unresponsiveness is provided.

In these cases, all allocated resources will be withdrawn, and a reactivation fee will apply based on project type and staffing needs.

Note: Once a project is deactivated, the refund policy becomes null and void.

Billing & Payment Terms

Creative Converge provides one-time payment and subscription billing options, depending on the selected service.

  • One-time payments apply to project-based services, including (but not limited to) website design, development, branding, logo design, and video animation, unless otherwise stated in the proposal.
  • Subscription-based plans are available for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Social Media Management (SMM) services and are billed on a monthly recurring basis unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance. By enrolling, clients authorize Creative Converge to charge the selected payment method automatically for each billing cycle.
  • Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled in writing at least 7 business days before the next billing date.
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.

Refund Policy / Money-Back Guarantee

Deposited funds are non-refundable once initial design concepts are approved or a revision is requested, except in cases where Creative Converge terminates a project for reasons unrelated to client non-performance.

Refund requests for Social Media Management (SMM) or Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services must be made within 48 hours of payment.

After this period, refunds are unavailable due to immediate resource allocation, including software licenses, paid media tools, and creative assets.

Refunds will be processed according to the following structure:

  • Full Refund (less 10% processing fee): Request made before delivery of initial concepts.
  • 33% Refund (less 10% processing fee): Request made within 48–120 hours after delivery.
  • No Refund: Requests made after 120 hours of initial delivery, project inactivity beyond 30 days, or after final file delivery.

For SEO, SMM, and video animation packages, refunds are not granted once production begins.

Refund requests must be submitted via email, toll-free number, or live chat.

Our Compliance Department will review each case and update clients via official company email. Refund processing time: 25–30 business days.

Project Proposal & Custom Services

Creative Converge is committed to providing a seamless and transparent service process. itemizable project proposals and encourage clients to collaborate actively with our creative teams.

We maintain open communication with past clients to support ongoing relationships and long-term partnerships.

Client Conduct

Creative Converge enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward disrespectful or abusive behavior.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate an account at our discretion in cases of misconduct or violation of these terms.

Ownership & Copyrights

All client properties, including logos, content, brand materials, and intellectual property created under contract, remain the exclusive property of the client once full payment is made.

Creative Converge retains full ownership of proprietary resources, tools, and design assets created internally unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.

Clients requesting transfer of rights for company-owned materials must complete formal documentation and receive approval.

Accountability & Limitation of Liability

Creative Converge strives to deliver a seamless experience. However, we are not liable for:

  • Data loss, corruption, or technical interruptions.
  • Server downtime or connectivity issues.
  • Lost, deleted, or delayed emails.
  • Third-party disruptions or software errors.

Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

Accountability

We strive to provide a smooth experience for all users. However, Creative Converge is not responsible for files deleted, corrupted, or lost on the client’s end, or for unresponsive servers, and cannot be held liable for related damages. Creative Converge has no ownership or authority over our clients’ personal belongings and properties.

Data Loss & Backup

Creative Converge is not responsible for recovering or compensating for client-side data loss.

Clients are encouraged to maintain independent backups of all delivered files..

Amendments

Creative Converge reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable U.S. federal and state laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
